I have forgotten what a PAIN running can be! Especially not using those muscles in such a long time. Cycling and running use different groups of leg muscles, so, you can alternate days with little detriment to overall performance. Decided that I need to mix up my training for the coming year. Ran for 35 minutes! I’ll have to map my run to determine the distance (most likely average being a 10 minute mile). Once I get into the routine of running, I’ll be running twice a week.
