By dougfoot, on May 20th, 2008 Rode inside tonight on the trainer, listened to another podcast from PodRunner – Autopilot, 143 BPMs (71 RPMs) worked a little bit hard for the first 30 minutes averaging 20 mph, then settled down for 15 minutes and called it a night. Not a bad ride especuially after a hard 40 miles yesterday.
