This morning rode to Hagg Lake, averaged 17.3 mph for the 50 mile ride. Considering that my riding season is coming to a close and long rides will become few and far between in the coming months, it felt quite good to get out and stretch the legs!

I went for a traing ride today, Newberg – Hagg Lake – Newberg – Williamette Mission – Newberg (106 miles). I completed this in 5 hours 35 minutes.
