Upgrading software can be such a pain in the backside! Tuesday night was interesting… WordPress 2.8 is close to be released anytime now, so I thought I would give WordPress 2.8 RC1 a try (remember, always have backups!). It has been my experience that release candidates are really close to the finished product, and for the most part will give you a good feel for [...] Since I posted on how to put the page menu on the header space, use a NextGen Gallery slideshow in the header, and use Atahualpa to manage a .png transparent background image, I’ve found an additional plug-in called “Dynamic Header” that is also really cool. One thing I enjoy about blogging with WordPress and using various themes is that there is a community of people willing to help out if you are unable to solve a particular problem you may be having with WordPress, plugins, or themes.
