The name of the game is “moving”. Since I returned to the trainer in July, I have lost 15 lbs and lost an inch around my waiste.
If I keep this up, I’ll reach my goal weight in no time!
Tonight’s ride was to a slower podcast from PodRunner, “Windup”, 130 bpm, 65 rpm, 60 minutes.
Nothing special here.
At the lower rpms, without much variance in the routine, pedalling for an hour goes by slowly.
This part of training teaches you to stick with it. Think mental conditioning, or is it just “mental”.
