What I did tonight was a slight change to my interval training routine.
4 minutes light, 1 minute hard, repeat until 30 minutes passed, then its 1 minute hard, 4 minutes light to finish out the hour.
If done right, you’ll have 2 minutes in the middle at hard. This did me in and I finished out the ride in “recovery mode”.
All I can say it that I didn’t give up.
