Last night I rode to a new podcast called “Ballistic”, 149 bpm, 75 rpm.
This podcast is just under 55 miniutes, and moves you along quite well… I attempted to do some intervals, however, being that this is only my 4th ride in a long while, I didn’t want to push it too hard. Felt good to be the grove again.
