The STP is this coming Saturday and I will not be there!
Sometime you need to take a break and this year I decided that I needed one.
What I have been doing this past year is upgrading the hardware and software my website runs on, focusing on my MS Certifications, and staying healthy.
Training for me starts the day after the STP – so – Come Monday, I’ll have my training schedule ready to go, planning on rides on the trainer and perhaps adding a few runs into the mix!
The coming weeks will be great ones!
