I have forgotten what a PAIN running can be! Especially not using those muscles in such a long time.
Cycling and running use different groups of leg muscles, so, you can alternate days with little detriment to overall performance.
I’m still sore from my 35 minute “jog” on Saturday, will have to go and run tonight, then ride Tuesday, run Wednesday, ride Thursday, run Friday, ride Saturday. As long as I stay focused, this is very doable.
