Spinning tonight

After a long ride and a day off from riding, I find it helpful to loosen up by spinning.
With the “Q” I’ve found that I can spin and not raise my heart rate if I keep the resistance at a moderate level. A good thing since I just want to loosen up and not over exert myself.
I rode to the latest PodRunner podcast “Chants Metting”, 149 bpm, 75 rpm.
