I’ve seen some WordPress blogs use NextGen Gallery plugin for the header to rotate the header image and they look pretty cool!
I’m not a programer, nor verse in HTML or CSS, so the thought of having such a header seemed out of touch for me…
Then I found my latest theme – Atahualpa!
This is a highly customizable theme even a novice like me can manipulate.
The theme has a vast array of settings, the ability to work with most of the plugins I use and the theme’s support forum has been a wealth of information.
The cool thing is the ability to add CSS inserts to modify the layout without really touching the underlying code.
To add the rotating header I did have to add a piece of code in Atahualpa’s header.php file to call the NextGen Gallery slideshow, doing so was easy with the help of the support forum!
