No, didn’t run into the latest porno site… just riding to one of my favorite PodRunner podcast “Pocket Apocalypse” 151 bpm, 75 rpm.
The objective for tonight’s ride: ride a bit harder than Wednesday and keep and even pedal stroke – no intervals.
Goal accomplished!
Riding on the trainer, it becomes really easy to focus on aspects of riding that doing so outside just can’t compare (and much safer!)
