After a week of no riding, stuffy sinuses, achy feeling all over, staying off my feet afterwork and most of the weekend, I’m feeling much better! Rode to PodRunner’s latest podcast called “SPLENDIFEROUS”, 161 bpm, 80 rpm. For most of the ride I was able to hang at the higher RPM. Will see what tomorrow brings.

Tonight’s ride brings my total miles ridden for the year to just over 1000 miles! Feeling much better than last week! Rode to a podcast from PodRunner, “Square One”, 150 bpm, 75 rpm. Interval night!

Last night’s ride was a good one – felt really great and maintained a steady pace. Listened to a podcast from PodRunner called “Hypnopompic”, 151 bpm, 75 rpm. This session I focused on spinning, no varience – basically “flat lined” the whole ride.
