Training with tires that are not inflated properly makes for a dificult session!
Last night I rode to a PodRunner podcast called “Definitive”, 154 bpm, 77 rpm, and planned on doing intervals. I managed to do half of the ride with the fore mentioned intervals, but upon reaching 25 minutes it felt like a chore (more than usual, it’s not training if you don’t push yourself somewhat). The remaining time I at least kept pedalling.
