This morning rode to Hagg Lake, averaged 17.3 mph for the 50 mile ride. Considering that my riding season is coming to a close and long rides will become few and far between in the coming months, it felt quite good to get out and stretch the legs!

Another trainer night last night – podcast from PodRunner “Dark Designs” 142 bpm (71 rpm). Riding at the same speed, but a lower cadence than Monday: 5 minute warm up (61×11) 1 minute at (61×10) 4 minutes at (61×11) Repeate 11 times I didn’t feel as burnt out as Monday either – looks like I’m “slow twitch” versus “fast twitch”
