Last night’s ride was intense – listening to PodRunner’s podcast “Conductor” 174bpm, 87rpm, a pretty brisk cadence by itself – added intervals to keep from getting bored. Staying in may my large chainring and changing the rear cogs keeping the candence steady.
Tonight I wanted to see how hard I could go.
Started with a 5 minute warmup
1 miunute on the to the next harder cog
4 minutes at the warm-up pave
Repeat until an hour is up… that was the plan anyway… after 40 minutes I felt like I couldn’t go on.
For the remaining 20 minutes did a cool down.
