Added a few intervals the second half to raise my heart rate.
My cycling season is drawing to a close, so I may not have too many long rides until next year (the “Tour de Garage” looks like it maybe coming early this year).
One thing I’ve learned over the years is to be consistent with riding, keeping the average ride on the trainer to no more than an hour, riding on average 4 times a week.
