Trainer ride tonight – rode for an hour to the latest podcast from PodRunner: Jaunt 134 bpm (67 rpm)
Seeing that the podcast is a little slow at 67 rpm, I did interval training, changing gears every 5 minutes. I plan on a ride outside tomorrow morning, perhaps a 50 to 60 mile ride (considering a ride to Hagg lake)
One thing about riding on trainer with PodRunner, its best to keep a steady cadence and not mash, over time your legs build “memory” and riding outside becomes easier.
