Tonight I did a short spin on the trainer, wanting to keep loose before Saturday’s Seattle to Portland is important, being tight before such a long ride has been a pain in the past as I would take the week off from riding thinking that I would do better. I have found that doing light spinning during the week has made my performance better as I’m not having to force myself to get moving during the ride.
Thursday will be the last day I ride before Saturday, as Friday we are driving up to Seattle: “Road Trip!”
