With 5 days left before 2008′s Seattle to Portland, I felt I needed to get in a good spin. Rode the trainer to PodRunner’s latest podcast “Definitive” 154 bpm (77 rpm). I may ride on the trainer Tuesday and Wednesday, taking Thursday and Friday off of riding before Saturday’s Seattle to Portland 200 mile ride.
