Went to Hagg lake this morning to test the ATC3K camera. Being mounted on the front of my trike, I get a really good perspective of my ride on the video.
The ATC3K can record upto 3 hours of video at 320×240 at 30 fps, this is enough video to cover a 50 mile ride – Hagg Lake and back! That’s the good news, the bad news is that the ATC3k is not shock proof and I’m finding that some of the roads I travel are too much for the camera to handle. I found this out coming out of Hagg lake. I checked the camera and found that is was in an error state, over an hour of riding and no video. I reset the camera, and began shooting again as I left Hagg lake and began my ride home.
