There are times when I review my blog and I find myself scratching my head – what was I writing?
It is good to step back from a post, and if needed, edit it so that it conveys one’s thoughts more precisely versus some short hand gobbledygook that is soon forgotten.
My blog is basically where I keep my training information, it is nice to have a place where I can return to and review where I have been and plan on where I want to go. To go back in time and understand what I was doing at certain times is such a help in training!
