My wife found a van to replace our Ford that got T-boned, so I had an hour to ride before our appointment to take a look at it. Decided that the trainer would be the best use of my time. Chose “Power Trip” from PodRuner, 152 bpm (76 rpm).
Riding to the sounds of a podcast makes the training session not so unbearable – especially during the wet weather we’ve had this year. Looks like this weekend will be another wet one – I can only hope that there will be a breakĀ and go out for a long ride.
