By dougfoot, on May 29th, 2008 This coming Saturday will be my first century of 2008 – I plan on riding from Newberg Oregon, around Hagg Lake, back through Newberg to Willamette Mission State park and back to Newberg – this is about a 106 mile round trip. I should be able to to this in 7 hours.

By dougfoot, on May 28th, 2008 After about two hours after my wife’s accident, we decided to go for a short ride with some friends. She needed to go out and blow off some steam. We averaged 13MPH and did about 15 miles. It was a nice lazy pace.
