It has been a while since I last wrote, the holidays are now past, work is back to “normal” (if you can call it that) and the day to day not so stressful.
Riding almost 6000 miles last year didn’t seem so hard – just riding consistently and the miles came.
This year I’ll do more of the same – riding consistently. Finding time to ride isn’t hard as long as I have an hour and the trainer. I’ve been listening to a podcast called “PodRunner” and in February intervals will be in the mix – can’t wait.
May is around the corner and the Wasco 75 – this should be a good year for trikes!
