I recently received my new tires for the Micro – Schwalbe Marathon Racers.
These tires are significantly fatter than the Schwalbe Stelvios I have used (40mm versus 28mm). I had to raise my seat about an inch to give clearance for the new tire!
I’ve ridden with the new tire only on my trainer and the tire does seem to ride quite well – although – it also has more tread than the Stelvio, so there is the noise caused the Marathon’s tread pattern. Call me “buzz saw”!
Once I ride outside I’ll really get a taste to the new tires!
