Stepped on the scale last night… I’m getting closer to my goal for the Wasco – 9 pounds to go to reach 185!
Counting calories really works. No fad diets, no “special” foods, no group meetings! Just a willingness to be honest with yourself as to what you are eating – on the plus side, I can eat whatever I want! (granted, if I want to eat the bag of Oreo cookies, that may be the ONLY thing I eat that day).
Last year I took the approach that as long as I was exercising I could eat what ever I wanted (no calorie counting) and I would at least maintain my weight – NOT!
So, back to calorie counting and life long success…
