Today was an especially warm Saturday in February and had to go ride outside! I went on a 30 mile ride – boy is it good to breathe air outside!
Riding the trainer for most of the winter does get old. Keeping the workouts to no more than an hour helps with the boredom. As the days start to get warmer and longer, I am so looking forward to more days riding outside.
Today’s weight is also a welcome change – 195.8! 11 pounds to go and I’ll be at my goal of 185!
