This past year I’ve managed to ride more miles than last, despite taking two months off. The side effect of taking the time off is weight gain!
I’ve always had issues with my weight, but this year has been pretty difficult. I started out the year at 195 lbs. and three weeks ago peaked at 215 lbs!
My goal for next year is to get down to 185 lbs. Just as riding long distances takes a plan, so will dropping 30 lbs.
I’m using Diet Power to track my progress. I’ve set May as my target month to be down to my goal.
