Sticking to the plan...

Tonight I rode 28 miles – very hot and windy! Tomorrow, I’ll run for 30 minutes or about 1.5 miles (no Speedy Gonzales here!)

It’ll be interesting to see what changes take place once I “mix it up” with my training. I remember in high school and my Air Force days, running and cycling where part of my every day routine. I would cycle to work – 10 miles a day round trip and run another 5 – 10 miles a day. I won’t be commuting via bicycle, but rather incorperating running into my training routines.
