Watched Jurasic Park III while riding tonight – a good length about 1 hour 30 minutes or so, I rode for all of the movie. A good pace, a 5 minute warm up, 25 mile ride, then a short recovery ride (to get my heart rate down), then a 5 minute cool down. Felt really good!
