Tonight’s ride was well deserved. I was a bit stressed and a good spin is really relaxing. I was able to keep my cadence up around 95 RPM for about 40 minutes of my hour ride. Watched the special features of the THX 1138 DVD – cool stuff if you’re in to videography. Today’s weather was dry, however, work comes before play.
