Just keep going…

I am so looking forward to clear sunny days and the opportunity to take advantage of them; doesn’t have to be warm (would be a plus). Riding in the garage on a stationary trainer is BORING even with the added distraction of a TV and a dvd player.

Nothing like going nowhere fast…

At least I rode for an hour today.

Come next week, I’ll have to get more serious with the frequency of riding.

‘Tour de Garage’…

Living in Oregon is quite a joy (for the most part) - except for the winter season…

With the rainy weather and cold air, riding outside becomes a challenge.

Since my last post I have ridden twice - Monday and last night - in the garage…

I can only handle short rides in the garage - 30 to 60 minutes before the monotany settles in. Will have to work on that.

Although, I do have a great opportunity to catch up on my movie watching!

New Year upon us…

As the new year swiftly comes upon us, now is the time for reflection and goal setting…

2005 has been a good year, job is going well, family is healthy and this year’s Seatte to Portland went without problems.

For 2006, my goal is to ride faster and harder - attempting to complete the 200 plus miles of the STP in under 12 hours.

Let the fun begin…
